IT department have just commissioned a new proxy server which is causing the
problem. The trouble is when I authenticate with my account details the dialog
closes and Xerte crashes. I’m trying to get an exception added now. Thanks for

dialog box appear which asks for a username and password. I am using Xerte
within the college network but the Xerte installation is on an external web
