Pretty certain about that. The ActiveX control in question is the Microsoft SAPI one, and it’s part of windows: it doesn’t need downloading. I just seem to recall having to change that setting in order to get it to work on presentation machines when delivering training. However I could be wrong as it's often a last minute thing to try to get working before a training session and often on machines that have all the settings locked down.
