in as far as the moodle patch won't work if they are not on the same server.
Ideally XOT should also be installed inside the Moodle directory. That's

I believe the path to moodle is correct but I will recheck tomorrow. I'm using
xampplite and running both moodle and xerte from the same install is that makes
