<b>Subject:</b> [Xerte] Xerte Toolkits IIS Install -- File Write Problem<br>
</font><br>
</div>
<div></div>
<div>Question for Patrick Lockley and/or Peter Hartley and/or any other successful Xerte Toolkits IIS deployers.
<div><br>
</div>
<div>First off, Peter, thank you for the great instructions for setting up an IIS install. I have been moderately successful in porting over a xampp install, but have run into a snag.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The XTK management interface does not display any error messages for either issue: saving edits or creating new projects.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I am able to preview previously-created projects and can edit them, however no changes save.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Also, when creating a new project the 'insert' button is disabled and no new project subfolder or files appear in the user-files folder. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I suspect the problem probably relates to file permissions. I have temporarily given full control to the IIS_IUSRS account for the entire xertetoolkits folder (propogated down to all child files) to see if this is the issue but the problem persists.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Any ideas? Thanks a heap :-)</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Cheers,</div>
