message and thought I should clarify for anyone who reads this thread at some
future point - I'm obviously talking about linking to images via https not
being reliable ie. I'm not suggesting downloading and importing LO's is better
or more reliable than linking to LO's as in my opinion linking or embedding
LO's is nearly always better than exporting and importing etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

So now I'm wondering if it's IE or an IE plugin/add on that's preventing the

and sound page or even <img src= etc in a text page to display a test

https link prevents the image from showing even though it's a public link which
doesn't require login. I know the image can be saved and imported but that
loses some of the advantage of dynamic linking. Is this another flash
limitation or is there a workaround?<o:p></o:p></p>
