<div>As a workaround I just created a button with an event handler which plays my video. So perhaps this is even better, because this way I can use my custom buttons.</div>

The structure of my piece is somehow a little more complex with various nested containers. I tried a simple example just integrating the same video: the control buttons showed up without a problem. Any idea what the problem might be?
