What is meant here, is that you replace index.php by switch.php, or
more to the point copy switch.php (or switch.txt) over index.php. Then
you don't need to specify the switch.php in the url. Explicitly
referring top switch.php in the url also works... (as you found out)<br>

the guide. It seems there's nothing wrong with the installation but in
the end, when I try to access as a user (I previouly changed switch.txt
to switch.php) I can't login ("Sorry that password combination was not
correct", pat/patpassword). <br>

The admin panel seems to work fine (I can login), even if I don't
understand why the admin can't create users.<br>
