<p class=MsoNormal>Went to buy Flash Paper from Adobe and can confirm that is
is not available or at least not available easily. You can download the 30 day
trial all fine but it would appear you cannot buy the product. The
commercial alternate, for about the same price, is Print2flash which
seems as good if not better. However importing a Print2flash swf in to
Xerte as previously reported does not work at all -> nothing
happens (as a swf or a Flashpaper page template). There is some
Action-script2 on the Print2Flash web site which claims will embed a
Print2flash swf in an other hosting swf eg: Xerte. a bit beyond me to
implement.<br>
<br>
However as we are trying to use page templates with a little bit (very simple)
of code if required we have tested and are happy to use the following work
around.<br>
<br>
Convert to PDF via Openoffice or Office 2007. Convert to swf using open
source "SWFTools" ensuring the options on "edit tab"
are set to "no viewer" and "insert stop after each frame"
is selected. Note if you have a PowerPoint you can convert directly to SWF -
just import into Open-office impress and then export as swf.<br>
<br>
Input into Xerte using "Text Flash SWF.xcp". IF the swf is
multi page - add the interactivity property and enable the controller if multi
paged. ( you may need to adjust the movie size property) .<br>
<br>
To get the full screen, zoom and printing capability of flash paper we have a
button that opens the original PDF in a reader in a new browser tab -> not
unlike flash-paper.<br>
<br>
In summary should the Flashpaper page template (or online toolkit) be augmented
with a SWF tools alternate that matches as far as possible Flash paper
capablities>?<br>

I have been testing the Flash Paper page wizards within Exerte desktop version
as I have quite a large number of PDFs of presentations etc I want to
include them with some brief text etc. I have encountered a couple of

flash paper with text wizard hides the page advance requiring 2 mouse

fiddling with the re size script but get unexpected results if I alter the
size for when text is included. <o:p></o:p></li>

display size selection from the player, which I think would over come this
issue and also may help with similar issues I have encountered with
