we are packaging the Xerte content into Scorm 1.2 and executing the web link,

an API adapter” </span></b>followed by<b><span style='font-weight:bold'>
“Unable to locate LMS’ API Implementation, LMS Initialize was not
successful”. </span></b>However, the link works fine and the content is
displayed.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

when we are uploading the module into the moodle, there are a lot of
