while I was at moodlemoot today and getting the same error. Not sure why but it
seems like when submitting page2 to page3 the database name and prefix values
are being renamed as toolkits_data_april and tk__ respectively. Putting in the
correct details before submitting page3 then works.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I tried to install toolkits on my local xampp. The first three pages of the
setup are OK. But on the fourth side all mysql queries failed due to "No
database selected".</span> <span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><br>
I'm sure I entered the data in page 1 and page 2 correct (both root, as I'm on
my test system). I can't see any additional mysql settings on page 3. Also the
database IS created, I see it in my list of databases in phpmyadmin. But the
sitedetails get not written to the database, due to the above mentioned errors.</span>
