Use a hotspot image connector as the first one, and then hotspot image interactions for the next level: example is here: http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/toolkits/play_17084

I've only set up one hotspot n the first page, but you'll get the idea.

Thank you for this.

I can create a one hot spot page and can then build in a second image from clicking the hot spot. But that is as far as I can go. If I understand what you are suggesting I would want the next hot spot page to automatically come up from clicking on the hot spot. However, I can't get it to automatically go to another page as the user has to click the next page tab. Am I missing a trick?

It has been quite a while since I actively used Xerte. If this can' t be done natively, I can imagine you could prepare a series of the same picture with different hotspots. As soon someone has pointed to the right hotspot, the next picture with the next hotspot is served. If you set the sequense of these pictures in the right order you can accomplish what you want.

Hi,

I would like to enable my users to be able to click on hotspots on a screen to bring up another screen which will also have hotspots. I may need them to go through up to 5 screens with hotspots.

For example whilst teaching users a software package, I would like to see that they can press the right sequence of procedures to enable them to complete a task.

Can I do this in Xerte?

Thank you

Alison
