As Pat says this is an option via the management area and I'm always
surprised that we don't get more questions about this because it surely must
be a regular need given how long Xerte Online Toolkits has been in use now.
But what version are you using? It might be worth making sure that whoever
you are going to transfer ownership to doesn't currently have shared editor
access to the same project(s) e.g. get that planned owner to unshared their
access before you change ownership to them. This was an issue fixed in an
update but if your version isn't very recent I would advise this precaution
or upgrade before changing ownership.

Hello
Yes, this is an option available from management.php (so go to your site url
/management.php) Then I think it is on the user templates tab Pat
