But what version are you using? It might be worth making sure that whoever you are going to transfer ownership to doesn't currently have shared editor access to the same project(s) e.g. get that planned owner to unshared their access before you change ownership to them. This was an issue fixed in an update but if your version isn't very recent I would advise this precaution or upgrade before changing ownership.
