Hi Fay,

It is the Interactivity > Drag Drop feature. We have been right-clicking on the phrases and selecting 'Mark Word' which then creates the gap.

Is it a 'Drag and Drop Labelling' page or one of the other drag drop pages?

Labels should drop if the mouse dragging the labels is over the hotspot when you let go. Have you made the hotspots big enough to make this easy? Or are they still not working when you do this?

Hi,

I have a member of staff who has created some drag and drop exercises (this particular instance is on referencing). In the example I am currently looking at, there are 6 "drop" text pieces. Everytime either she or I click and drag, some will drop in the relevant place, but then others won't, even to the point that we are just left with one gap and one piece of text and it won't drop, no matter which way you try.

Does anyone have any ideas on a) what is causing this and b) how to solve it?

Many thanks in advance
