Subject: [Xerte] delaying activation of next screen button

I'm developing a training course for local government officials across New York State.  A weird requirement to getting my course approved by the state government for me to teach it to them is that it has to ensure that readers do not gain ability to advance to the next screen until AFTER they have viewed the current screen for a certain number of seconds.
How do I set the next button to activate only AFTER the narration sound clip has completed? Is there a way to insert code to update some custom tables in a separate, mysql database at the same time?
Please advise.  I'm stumped.Rolaine StoddardHeal Thy Biz Online
