This is due to the fact that MathJax changed their https hosting.

The .zip files on the website are fixed.

If you want to patch your installation:

Fixing the installation, will not fix exported LO's. You either need to 
path the LO, or re-export it from a fixed installation.

In this case on line 70 of the index.html file.
