Thank you for all your comments

It possibly is caching related, unfortunately we use citrix servers and I've had to pass this to our IS department who are unsure how to address. Does anyone know how to fix in citrix? Additionally if we try to open Learning Objects that we've viewed recently, they fail to open at all which makes me believe that there is a caching issue. We do have Explorer access outside of our citrix which we've cut and pasted the LO's url into and they work fine (not practical solution though), our issue I believe involves our citrix somehow.... Any knowledgeable people out there...?

Many thanks

Jason

Hi Jason
as has been suggested it's caching - I just checked and the icons are in place and work fine.

Hi Jason
Can't solve the problem (sorry, no tech skills) but this is what should be on the bottom line and where.

LHS = accessibility button, then contents then navigation.

Hello

Just upgraded our xerte 2.0 to 2.1 today and first observation is there is a grey box to the bottom left of the screen next to the zoom button (could be accessibility button?). Nothing is visible in the box and nothing happens when you click it, it also doesn't sit centrally (it's higher than the other buttons). Is there a fix for this?

Many thanks
