So, an error is at: [14:08:28.938] LMSGetValue('cmi.core.entry') 
returned '' in 0 seconds when you expand by +
[14:08:28.938] CheckForGetValueError (cmi.core.entry, cmi.core.entry, , )
[14:08:28.938] SCORM ERROR FOUND - Set Error State: 301 - GetValue 
called when not initialized. element-cmi.core.entry
I'll send you XOT package which  I've tested at cloud.scorm.com
