Hi Celia,

I’m pretty new to Xerte myself, but I hope I can help...

During the setup process, you should have seen a page that had you set an administrator password. Can you log in as admin using that password? For any other users, you’ll need to create the account and password manually. See the section on "Authentication in Xerte Online Toolkits” in the installation guide, specifically the part about “DB” authentication, which is what I’m guessing you’re using (you can check by looking at auth_config.php, as described in that section of the installation guide.

If you don’t have it, you can download the installation guide here (you’ll need to create an account on xerte.org.uk and log in if you haven’t already):

I hope that helps!
