[Xerte] Local installation query

Hi there
 
Thought I was doing well to download the relevant software etc to my laptop and following your website instructions. Just when I thought I was nearly there it seems the setup page http://localhost/xertetoolkits/setup is currently unavailable for me to get through the last hurdle. Is this a long term or short term issue?
