Well I was thinking in the content of the page but anywhere really. Previously I've just added a separate licence page like page 2 here<http://ukcorr.org/activity/blog/iwmw2013-the-institutional-web-site-and-the-institutional-repository-addressing-challenges-of-integration/the-institutional-web-site-and-the-institutional-repository-addressing-challenges-of-integration-workshop-at-iwmw13-xerte-resource/>. Ideally I'd like to include one on every page (but definitely on the title page)...also, where I'm adapting another CC licenced resource, a link attribution to that resource. Might be overkill but not totally sure of best practice...
