Are you using Chrome by any chance? Try IE?

It sounds like the local security issue e.g. when the page is trying to load
data locally which won't exist if you put online somewhere.

With IE you should be prompted whether to allow the local content?

Subject: [Xerte] Running the latest version of xerte - HTML5

Hi all,

Not been able to use Xerte for a while. I've now revisited it, and am trying
the assess the mobile version. I wonder if you can tell me what I'm doing
wrong?

- I have exported the project with the HTML5 flag set and unzipped
it. If I run it with the index_flash - it works, but with the index.htm it
says "project failed to load". Do I need to set a mime type somewhere? Any
hints?

Thanks

Liz
