Xerte Online Toolkits, or Xerte 2.x, will not provide you with a single swf for importing into Adobe Presenter. If it did, it would ActionScript 2.
You could use the Flex Compiler to make an AS3 swf, but you'd be as well off with any of the Flex tools, and you'll need to code AS3 and MXML.
