[Xerte] R: Flash problem

In HTML5 there is another problem. My installation is in a LAN, so there isn't 
Internet access.
The page of the template try to load mathjax, address https://c328740.ssl.cf1.
rackcdn.com/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-MML-AM_HTMLorMML-full

This is for functionality with html5. 
Results: 
1. I don.t see html5 because there isn't mathjax from internet
2 I don't see flash because there are a lot of problem

Any suggest?
