[Xerte] Re: Creating a Learning Object does not show in Workspace

I think the permissions are ok:

root folder 0755
USER-FILES 0755
import 0755
error-logs 0775

I had a problem that when I set the root folder to 0777 php was giving an
error of [an error occurred while processing this directive]. All the
folders inside USER-FILES are being created as 0777 so maybe that is
causing errors?
