Turning on asp-tags in php.ini would probably also work:

short_open_tag = On ß change this to On if it is set to Off

Then restart Apache.

I didn't swap the file but changed the short tag (<?) in to a long tag (<?php) and that fixed it for me .

I'm not seeing the code for  website_code/php/scorm/export.php   in the export window.
Looks to me like there isn't a closing php tag on that file, though, and several other files. But I'm not much of a coder and will wait to see what others say before changing things.
