After this phantom uploading I get a waiting  for by2msg4020108.messenger.live.com
So it's some messenger thing unless that's being spoofed.

Subject: [Xerte] OT - hotmail puzzle  Once every couple months hotmail does something that annoys me. I'll be composing email and the character rendering slows way down.Then when I hit send, there is a delay while the status bar goes through a 3 second "Uploading xx%" sequence 0-100. There are no attachments being sent. This concerns me for obvious reasons. What's the best tool to figure out what's happening here?
