[Xerte] this file is in use by xx

Hi

We have several objects that have been shared out to users via properties >
shared settings and given editor rights


The users have been able to edit the object and click publish to save it.
However when ever another user tried to edit it they get:

'this file is in use by tward and will be made available to you when the
current editor closes it down'

We have recently moved from a windows box to Linux box so i wondered if
this might be a permissions issue?
