Sorry I spoke too soon.. I found it….deleting a course changes the ‘folder’ column in template rights…when the course is ‘deleted’ the associated recycle bin becomes the owner of the course.

When I ‘delete’ a project in toolkits it moves to the recycle bin, but I am not seeing what is changing in the MySQL database. There must be a flag being set there somewhere…anyone know what it is?
