I likely spelled priviledges wrong…and yes that is the entire message: Error: Insufficient Priviledges

I don't think insufficient privilege is a XOT error

If that is not a typo, priviledges is spelled incorrectly and I would run a virus check.

If it is a typo, is that the entire error message?

I’m using toolkits V1.7 and one user is getting an message: “ Error: Insufficient Priviledges “ when clicking on the ‘Edit’ button to edit a toolkit course. She cannot proceed to edit a course.

Does anyone recognize this error? I cannot create it here, including logged in as the person having the error. Also, mysteriously, when logged in to her machine via gotomeeting and watching what was happening on her screen somehow seemed to overcome the error, at least temporarily. She’s using Win 7 and IE9.
