[Xerte] loading runtime engine 99%

I have the following in my mime types section:


AddType text/html .php
AddType text/xml .xwd
AddType text/xml .rlm
AddType text/xml .rlt
AddType text/xml .rlo
AddType flv-application/octet-stream .flv

and I've rebooted apache. It's still stalling at Loading Runtime
Engine 99% though
