Thanks Pat

This is where we are at:

Using switch.php rename it to index.php

Then try to authenticate with username=sarah and password=sarahpassword as
per details provided in file

Upon sign in it goes to index.php and is a cannot display screen page (HTTP
500 internal server error)

Upon looking at log files nothing is recorded for this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Craig

Hello,

XOT is set up for using LDAP to authenticate - if you don't have XOT
available then there is switch.txt (which supports small scale manually
created usernames and passwords) or integration.txt which allows for using
other credentials to authenticate.
