[Xerte] Codec for .flv

Hello,

I'm a newbie and trying to put together a learning object with .flv files. They view OK outside Xerte, but when I preview my Xerte project, I get a very greyed out, oversized static image of the first frame. I don't see the player controls and nothing plays. I found a thread somewhere that made me think it's a codec issue. Unfortunately, I'm not very clued up with codecs and wouldn't know where to begin.

I'm using a locally running version of the XOT and I've uploaded a .flv file converted from .mp4 using freemake video converter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
