Not sure what you want tested Pat?
Import works in 1.8 and 1.7 just fine as far as I can tell - as long as the
rlt and xml files are in the root of the zip.

hmmmm, but if the importer doesn't find an RLO it should fail (and it won't
go looking in a subfolder)

Can some one test this?
