Oops;
============================Programmatically Changing the Frame RateWhen you are working with more interactive types of animations, you may want to change your frame rate while your application is running. Fortunately, in ActionScript 3, you have easy access to the frame rate property.=============================

Can't be changed programmatically as that requires AS3, which Xerte 2.x will not interpret.
1) So will have to either re-do your animation at 24, or
2) Re-compile the Xerte engine at 10. I do not know what can of worms that would open, and I'd highly recommend against it.
24 is the Flash default.Why are you choosing to change from the default frame rate?

Subject: [Xerte] flash in xerte

the default value is 24 fps in xerte where can I change it?
24 fps is very fast.
Thanks
