I don't think much of that metadata get used by Moodle anyway so it doesn't
really matter which scorm eport you use although you'll find with the scorm
+ metadata option you get the following in Moodle:



and with the plain scorm export  



To change either you'd need to edit the imsmanifest and re-zip before
importing to Moodle.

If you've added metadata via the "open content" tab use scorm with metadata,
but all it does is put a little more info in the XML
