[Xerte] sharing LOs via link from Project tab

I have finally managed to make my first little LO on Xerte Online Toolkit (and very nice it is too if I say so myself) and would like to be able to share it with others as a link, not within a VLE. I looked on JISC Tech Dis website and found the helpsheet 'editing, managing and sharing learning objects (Part 1) and followed instructions as best I can. Step 19 shows how to get a link via Project tab. I have copied the link - works fine on my computer but not on a couple of colleagues I've tested it out on

This is the link provided
