Regarding importing unpublished content that was previously in Sandpit, in my last entry I said that the sandpit export wasn't a zip file - sorry I was looking at the wrong file! I located the correct file and it seemed to import it as it appears in the folders list but when I try to edit it, I get the message
'Cannot find that template; perhaps it has been deleted?'
(I am a newbie)

you probably need to replace
\modules\xerte\parent_templates\Nottingham\common\youtube.swf too.

We're piloting Xerte at Cardiff. We've managed to get it up and running and integrated with our LDAP and have a few users building LOs with it.
We've hit the same youtube movie dimensions problem that have affected others on the list. I've grabbed to youtube.rlm and youtuberss.rlm with the fixes; unfortunately the problem has persisted. (There are now some extra options for video size, auto-start etc. on the Youtube page but even if I set these youtube videos still sprawl off the page in the same way, eg slide

Is there anything else I ought to have done to resolve this issue?

I have tried importing in the way suggested but the sandpit export is a folder not a zip file so when I click import it just opens all the folders and sub-folders

I created a LO in Xerte techdis Sandpit and exported the content (but never published it as a Learning Object). I am now trying to import the content into a local installation of Xertes Online Toolkit. Are there any instructions for importing content (so I can continue to edit/ work on it) ? The content I exported is made up of multiple folders and files and I'm not sure which of these to import or how to import all of them if need be.

click on the workspace folder
then click on properties
click on the import tab
choose the zip file you exported from the sandbox click on the import button
that should do it

We haven't replaced youtube.swf. Where can we get the new .swf file. I've looked at http://code.google.com/p/xerte/source/checkout but it gives error at the moment..

Here at Edinburgh we are still having problems with the YouTube movie dimensions. As per Julian's suggestion we have replaced youtube.rlm with the new one Julian sent and clear the cashe, tried to use iframe embed code but none of them has worked. Are we missing out something?
Tom mentions in a pevious email that "this is (probably) caused by the fact that the default video size that youtube sends has been changed from 320x240 to something larger. SetSize is never called after initialisation, and Xerte assumes that the size should be 320x240. If you use one of the newer model where you can set the size, this works." In the version we are using there is no option to set the size. We have XOT version 1.5 installed on our server. Do you think installing the new version will sort this problem out?
