[Xerte] Problems previewing in Xerte - help please!

Dear all,

My name is Anna and I am a medical student who has been using Xerte to 
create an e-tutorial as an optional unit for my course. I am by no means a 
computer expert, but have managed to muddle through by using the Xerte 
templates.

I packaged and submitted my work months ago, but now wish to edit it. 
However, I am having problems because whilst I can edit the text/media 
content of the work in the template builder (and seemingly, I can save it) 
I cannot preview it. When I press 'preview', the titles of each page load, 
but none of the content for each page loads. It doesn't seem to be a 
problem with my flash player because I have tried updating it and it makes 
no difference.

I cannot even load the packaged web pages on my computer.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going wrong, please? I am very 
happy to send someone my files if that would be helpful. Please bear in 
mind that I know nothing about programming so it would be helpful if advice 
was non jargon-ny, or completely step-by-step!
