You will be able to 'import' a page into a XOT template. I have all the
code, but I can't seem to connect it to a button in the management page
of XOT. Will have to look into that, or perhaps Pat can help me (off
line) if he has the time. Not sure whether we should support deletion
though, for all the reasons Ron mentioned. So currently it is not in my
plans.
