[Xerte] Re: xerte desktop version: .pdf to .swf encoder

I have now updated the model files for the flashPaper and Tabbed Navigator
Connector pages in the xerte and XOT svns to set print2flash files to the
first page when displayed. These changes will become available in the
released versions in due course.
