[Xerte] Re: MySQL plugin FEDERATED is disabled

Hello David:

OK, now I can get logged in via phpMyAdmin, I can see the database,
everything looks OK.

I just cannot get the toolkits interface to start, just a blank screen, I'm
assuming the FEDERATED error is the cause, but it may not be.
