This is the point where a database connection is set up:
host (this is the host name of the MySQL server, in a Linux setup,
this is typically the same machine as the webserver, so localhost
should do)
username: the mysql username
passwd, the password of the mysql user,
And somewhere you also have to give it a database name, 'xerte'
should work.

There is a difference between USER='myuser ' and USER='myuser '@'localhost'
So, set the password using UPDATE user SET
Password=PASSWORD('new_password')
where USER='myuser
'@'localhost';
Also make sure that the unzipped folder is
accessible by the apache webserver (either change
the owner to the useraccount that apache uses,
typically wwwrun, or set the permission on a+r)
