the only change that isn't in the files would possibly be the addition
of the ldap table (which removes the requirement of $$$ in
sitedetails).

If you download the zip, look in the setup folder for the sql and copy
the create table instruction out of that (there will be a dollar
symbol that represents your database table prefix).
