Limits are set by the LMS, yes. And one of the things we want to do, for 
example, is make sure that if for example Scorm tracking is switched on, 
that the text of the last button changes to 'Done', Or 'Finish' or 
something like that i.s.o. 'Restart'

But even if you don't set a limit, still, only the first try is scored 
within SCORM. if you choose 'Track First Score'.
