[Xerte] trouble installing Xerte on a mac

Hello All,

Does anyone have any instructions on how to install Xerte Online Toolkit on a Mac locally, I have tried following the Xerte instructions, but stuck after downloading them, what do I do next?

Is anyone able to help please?
