webctlink.txt in root comes up, so yes, ISP. :-/
About once a year I get a "we're so excited to tell you about our upcoming upgrade" mail.Last time they erased all my custom MIME settings. Took half a day to suss that one.This time it looks like they've hosed PHP.
Such incompetence.
