Might be some debug left in from the engine, or from the rlt / rlm files.

Might be able to do some sort of switch, but not sure what to base that
on... I don't want to say 'if wizard no debug' because I want debugging when
using the wizard. Any idea?

They could use toolkits locally on xampp - no debug window there.

Several end users (in Norway) are using templates to build LO's, and  
they have such small screens, that the debug window is in their way.  
I've (as far as I can tell) removed all debug statements left in the  
model files of the templates they use, but the window still pops up.  
Why? Is that by design? And yes, I think non-programming end-users do  
not want to see the debug window, because they do not have a clue what  
it means.
