[Xerte] Problem logging into Xerte

Hi

We have a really odd problem logging into Xerte.  The first time you log in on our local installation it appears to log in fine but nothing works (ie. You can't preview, create or edit objects).  If you log out immediately and log in again straightaway then it's fine.  This has started to become irritating and has been a problem since we first got Xerte installed 2-3 months ago.

Has anyone come across this before?
