Its just I need to "empower" you guys to become a self-supporting
community if i can.

Fiddler is some software which watches the requests your web browser
makes. It's a brilliantly handy tool as so many of the XOT issues can
be seen happening in it. It's really nerdy to look at, but when used
simply you can see lots of info.

It shows me in IE that the rloobject.js isn't requested in IE.
